The vibrating feeder is an indispensable device for the production of crushed sand. It can uniformly, regularly and continuously feed block and granular materials to the receiving device to avoid the blockage of the feeding port. Electromagnetic vibration feeders and motor-type vibration feeders are common types of feeding equipment. They also inevitably encounter various problems in production. Today I will tell you what to do when you encounter the following common failures to quickly resume production.
First, the shaker bearing of the motor vibration feeder is damaged
Failure analysis: The bearing will emit red smoke during use of the exciter. Due to the continuous impact of the eccentric block on the bearing during the rotation process and the poor working environment on site, the service life of the bearing is shorter than the normal service life.
Fault suggestion: It is recommended to use better quality or imported bearings to extend the service life. In addition, bearing lubrication is particularly critical. Usually, it is necessary to strengthen lubrication or add automatic lubrication devices.
2. The vibration gap between the exciter core and the armature of the electromagnetic vibration feeder is blocked
Failure phenomenon: the built-in electromagnetic feeder of the vibrating machine will trip the power switch of the vibrating feeder during use. After the power is re-applied, the feeder works with the fuse heating, the current exceeds the standard, and the fuse will blow in a short time. Wait, check the feeder control system, contactor pull-in, etc. are normal, but the power switch still trips frequently, and the amplitude of the vibration feeder is basically zero.
Failure analysis: According to the analysis of the phenomenon, it is mainly due to the material entering the exciter, which causes the vibration gap of the exciter to be blocked by it. If the sealing cap is opened and inspected, it will be found that the sealing silicone rubber is damaged, and sometimes the break of the exciter cooling hose may also cause this problem.
Third, the outer shell of the vibration feeder of the electromagnetic vibration feeder is leaking
Failure analysis: There are many connecting bolts in the sealing shell of the vibrating machine's built-in vibrating feeder, especially after disassembly and repair, the sealing is more difficult.
Fault suggestion: Generally, it can be solved by bolt tightening and pressure adjustment at the discharge.
4. Leakage of the sealed silicone rubber plate of the motor vibration feeder
Failure analysis: There are many reasons for leaks of sealed silicone rubber plates, which are often found at bolted joints. Loose bolts during vibration, increased bolt holes in rubber sheets, or increased pressure at the discharge site may cause sealed joints in silicone rubber sheets. leakage.
Fault suggestion: Generally, it can be solved by bolt tightening and pressure adjustment at the discharge.
The vibrating head external electromagnetic vibration feeder is basically in a maintenance-free state during daily use. Generally, the temperature of the vibration coil is regularly checked, and the rotary seal valve is opened to check whether the inner liner of the material tank is detached during maintenance.
During the daily use of the motor-type vibrating feeder, it is necessary to pay attention to the temperature change of the exciter bearing and strengthen the bearing lubrication. An automatic oiling device can be added to periodically quantify the lubrication. Usually, pay attention to whether the seal of the rubber plate connection is good. Rotate the upper opening of the sealed valve to inspect the lining of the hopper and the vibration spring.
